Why Do People Jump Out of Planes?

This hour, host Charity experiences skydiving in Vinton.  She is talking with people that made hundreds or thousands of jumps.  The show starts with talking to athletes who push themselves to the edge in another way, including ultra-marathon runners and adventure racers.   The Boone Crusher is an adventure race covering 40-60 miles in the Des Moines River Valley near Boone. Adapting Well
