Citizen Diplomacy & The Art Exhibit "Windows and Mirrors"

Participating in exchange programs with other countries is one way Americans can actively engage in citizen diplomacy. Tara Shonenshine, the Undersecretary for Public Diplomacy and Public Affairs at the U.S. State Department talks about her efforts to strengthen our standing and relevance around the world.
